Fully Reversible Top Swing windows

Usage:

Top Swing Windows are an interesting alternative for traditional windows.

It is a typical system of window joinery used on the Danish, Swedish and Norwegian market. This system is applied in new flat buildings as also in modernization of existing  buildings.

Features:

Shape: rectangular
Depth of the profile: 120 mm
Opening: the sash rotates 180 degrees (horizontal turn axis)
Possibility to apply glazing of  24 to 36 mm thickness in two or three pane glass-units.
Three seal levels: internal and middle for tightness and external for coverage.

Equipment:

-Window opens with door handle (bended) installed in the bottom part of window
-IPA hardware
-blocking protecting against unwanted opening by children called restrictor

Options: handle with a key, “furing” milling , ventilation

Advantages:
-easy cleaning;
-after rotation for 180 degrees- possibility to clean the window on the external side
-high durability and functionality in long lasting exploitation
-very good tightness (blowing window tight the sash into the frame)

Disadvantages:

-limitation of sash sizes
